Track your Order

There are two simple ways to track your recent order!

Log into your back office at office.truvy.com and click the widget on the right-hand side that says “Ready to Track your order?”. This will bring you to a page showing your order history including your Order ID(s), Order Dates, Tracking Numbers, Order Status, etc

When you log in to your back office at office.truvy.com you will see a list of options on the left-hand side of your screen. Hover over “Manage Orders” and select “My Orders and Tracking”. This will bring you to a page showing your order history including your Order ID(s), Order Dates, Tracking Numbers, Order Status, etc.

Pause your Subscription

Why Pause?

  • Keep grandfathered pricing
  • Do not lose your reward points

How to Pause: When you log in to your back office at office.truvy.com you will see a list of options on the left-hand side of your screen. Hover over “Manage Orders” and select “Manage Subscription”. There it will bring you to Your Subscription and you will see a Pause button on the bottom row. You will have the option to Delay One or Two Months.

Request a Call Back from Support

Don’t wait on hold! Request a call back from Support.

Call into Support, select your market, press 2 for a callback, and verify your phone number. This will hold your place in queue and Support will give you a callback.
